During construction – Your Homeowner Manual and on-site customer meetings ensure the job is being completed to your specifications.
Step 3
End of construction – Our more than 250-point quality assurance inspection makes sure everything is right with your new home from top to bottom. Before you move in, we take you on an orientation tour to teach you about how your new home works and answer any questions you may have.
Step 4
Warranty and service – Even with our best effort things happen. We will have two scheduled Courtesy Calls after you move in to take care of items that need attention. Emergency Service needs are taken care of promptly. Plus, our warranty program has important advantages over typical builder warranties. Just ask about them when we meet.
